1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All domestic orders are shipped within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Method

For all domestic buyers, orders are shipped as a registered parcel via India Post only.
This ensures secure delivery and tracking for every shipment.

3. Tracking Information

A Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number as soon as the order is dispatched.
You can use this ID to track your parcel directly through the India Post Tracking Portal.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery durations after dispatch:

Within Kerala: 3–5 working days
Other States (India): 5–10 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and India Post serviceability in that area.

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. Inaccurate information may cause delivery delays or failed deliveries.
