If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only if:

• The  item is damaged at the time of receiving

• The size or color received is different from the order

Important Conditions:

• Inform us within 12 hours of receiving the item

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return/refund request

• Do not use scissors to open the parcel — scissor cuts will not be accepted as damage

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer, as we offer free original shipping.

Refund/Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
